Refund policy

At Patch Notes Apparel, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got your back. Here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work:

30-Day Returns (U.S. Orders)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached

  • Returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Return shipping is free for all U.S. customers

To start a return, just email us at Team@PatchNotesApparel.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

 

Exchanges (USA Orders)

We offer free exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached, initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • We cover shipping costs both ways (U.S. only)

  • Exchanges are only eligible if the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all tags attached

  • If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund

To initiate an exchange, email Team@PatchNotesApparel.com with your order number and request.

Exchanges (International Orders)

We do not currently accept returns for international orders. However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for both:
    • Shipping the item back to our U.S. warehouse
    • The cost of shipping the new item back to your country
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • The original item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
  • We cannot send the replacement until we've received and inspected the original item.

Please check our size chart before ordering to avoid the hassle of exchanges!

Damages & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

  • Defects may include torn fabric, broken snaps, or major manufacturing issues

  • Contact us at Team@PatchNotesApparel.com within 7 days of delivery

  • We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original tags
