Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Patch Notes Apparel! Please review our shipping policy for important details regarding fulfillment and delivery.
1. Order Fulfillment & Preorders
All hoodies are now in stock and ready to ship.
Our RPG Snap Jewelry accessories are still in preorder—production for those is expected to be completed Aug 31 2025.
If your order includes a preorder item (such as RPG Snap Jewelry), we will:
- Ship your hoodie(s) right away so you don’t have to wait.
- Ship your preorder item(s) separately once they're ready, at no additional shipping cost to you.
All preorder items will be clearly labeled on the product page so you know what’s in stock vs. what’s in production.
2. USA Orders
We currently ship within the United States and internationally through our website.
- Shipping Rates: Displayed at checkout.
- Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. If you place an order on a Friday evening (EST), weekend, or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
3. International Orders
We now offer international shipping directly through our website!
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- Returns: We do not accept international returns at this time.

Exchanges: We do offer international exchanges, but customers are responsible for:
- The cost of returning the item to our U.S. warehouse
- The cost of shipping the replacement item to their address
All international exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
We cannot ship the replacement hoodie until we receive the original item and confirm that it is: Unworn, Unwashed, With all original tags still attached
We highly recommend referencing the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
4. Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders)
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
5. Changes to Shipping Details
If you need to update your shipping address for a preorder, please contact us at Team@PatchNotesApparel.com as soon as possible.
- Once an order has shipped, we will not be able to change the address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
